JFK Hartwyck at Oak Tree is one of a limited number of facilities offering innovative, highly skilled and specialized sub-acute rehabilitation, long-term care and care for patients with brain injuries as well as patients on ventilators.
Situated on a spacious, wooded campus, Oak Tree’s comforting surroundings mirror the warm and caring attention paid to patients with special needs. Our treatment team consists of highly skilled physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, therapists, social workers, dietitians and specialized respiratory therapists, cognitive therapists, head trauma nurses and support staff.

Residents are encouraged to pursue their favorite pastimes with the support of a caring and professional staff. While they participate in physical and occupational therapy, residents can enjoy views of Oak Tree’s canopied patio, beautiful garden and manicured grounds. These gracious outdoor areas are also available for personal enjoyment or sharing with visitors.
Many Oak Tree residents also appreciate interacting with children from the JFK Keith Wold Johnson Child Care Center.
